Who is Aria?
Aria one of the rare, native Austinites born at Seton Hospital in central Austin. Austin's Real Estate is in her blood; her parents are Keith and Debi Schoenfelt of Corias Homes, Inc. and Schoenfelt Engineering, Inc.. Aria's uniquely deep perspective of Austin's Real Estate scene come from watching Austin grow from an average city into a booming metropolitous. Her intense knowledge of homes comes from being an integral part of the site selection and building process and her comprehensive understanding of the market comes from her own personal experiences of buying, selling, and investing in Austin real estate.
